Former mayor Bill Campbell says “social media is the best way to reach out to young people, so we started a No Excuses Vote November 4th Campaign.” According to Campbell, hip-hop star and actor Ludicrous and so many others have been a part of the campaign, “we have Star Jones, and so many that are embracing this outreach”.
