Cain and Gingrich Campaign In Georgia This Weekend
" ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) — Newt Gingrich will be getting a boost in Georgia from his former rival Herman Cain.

Gingrich spokeswoman Susan Meyers told The Associated Press Cain will be rallying with the former House speaker at three rallies across metro Atlanta on Saturday.

Meyers said the two Republicans are “political soul mates so this is going to be an ideal day.”

Gingrich is competing with Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul on March 6 for a share of Georgia’s 76 delegates. That’s the most of any of the 10 states holding elections on Super Tuesday.

Cain dropped out of the contest in December amid sexual harassment allegations, and the tea party favorite soon endorsed Gingrich.

Mitt Romney attended a fundraiser in midtown Atlanta last week, Rick Santorum is scheduled to attend a church event in Cumming on Sunday. There is no word on when Ron Paul may visit Georgia. "
