The Meaning Of The Word “HERO”
" It’s the Memorial Day Edition on Rob Redding News Review, and Rob gets a little patriotic as he discusses a comment that was made by MSNBC’s Chris Hayes. On Sunday he said that he felt “uncomfortable” calling soldiers killed in action “heros” because the term can be used to justify unjust war. When he mad the comment, he was referring to the war in Afghanistan. He later apologized for his comments after getting back lash from viewers. Do you feel that he was justified in his opinion?
