More Resources Going To Metro Atlanta Foster Kids
" ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) – Under court order to improve conditions for foster children in two metro Atlanta counties, Georgia officials have used resources from the rest of the state to help them.

The result is a shift of money and manpower that has created a system which gives children in Fulton and DeKalb counties more benefits and attention than kids in the other 157 counties "
