" College Park, Ga (WAOK)- Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southeastern Regional Medical is looking for about one hundred people to work at their new center being built in Newnan, Georgia. CTCA is hosting a Career Fair on Tuesday May 8 from noon until 8 pm. for those interested in learning about job opportunities available at the new facility scheduled to open in August.

The hospital is currently looking to fill the following positions:

nursing (in-patient, out-patient, infusion, ICU and surgery), surgical technicians, rehabilitation therapists, respiratory therapists, sterile processing technicians, registered nurse case managers, management/supervisory positions in surgery, in-patient, nurse/house, quality/risk, and pharmacy.

CTCA officials say they expect to generate 500 new jobs and $500 million in economic activity over the first five years of the hospital’s operation. The Newnan hospital was recognized as one of the “State of Georgia’s Top 10 Economic Development Projects” by former Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue.

The CTCA Career Fair will take place at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA 30337          

The career fair is free but you will have to pay $10 to park. "
